Government Portal Redesign Case Study

I’m passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences, with a growing interest in game UX. Outside of design, I enjoy gaming, working out, travelling, watching films, and hanging out with cats. I’m deeply inspired by how games and cinema create immersion, emotion, and connection, something I constantly explore in my work.

Led UX/UI restructuring & redesign of Maharashtra Council of Homoeopathy portal (Admin, Practitioner & Citizen flows), improving information hierarchy and workflow clarity.

Designed a supportive, human-like AI partner grounded in transparency, user consent, and scalability. Through multiple iterations, we developed features like an expandable “Chain of Thought” to clarify AI actions and seamless inter-agent communication, recognized for clear thinking, structured documentation, and scalable solutions.
